·Had rotation in Christine's group during Dec. 2010 to Apr. 2011, under the guidance of Jennifer

·Mainly studied the statistical properties (such as distribution, mean and standard deviation) of noise in Affymetrix microarray, verified the dependance of noise on gene expression level, and explored the impact of noise on reproducibility and false discovery rate

·Most of the analyses carried out using R software, thanks to Huangyi, Lisha and Xinyi's help
