Research

I have been mainly working on the growth model, which combines canopy photosynthesis model, root activity model, translocation model, partitioning model and signal-based regulation model together. I am trying to integrate the molecular mechanism, physiological traits and biochemistry model to construct a robust and reliable dynamical system plant growth model. I am also interested in algorithms and machine learning, synthetic biology and in silico model, biological molecular networks and so on.
