You can search bear EST alignment using bear EST ID or gene symbol in the box. Multiple EST IDs must be return-separated and mutiple gene symbols aren't supportive. The results will appear in next box which have hyperlinks to UCSC (http://genome.ucsc.edu) dog genome. EST sequence and cluster are also available. The "All EST" button links to all the EST items.
