About Liver Cancer Model Repository

The scope of LIMORE project

LIMORE provides new in vitro models of liver cancer and their related information. We aim to assemble a large panel of genetically characterized liver cancer models, including both 2D cell lines and 3D organoids. We are continuing establishing new in vitro models from Chinese liver cancer tissues. The information of these new models would be updated in this resource.

How to get unique in vitro models in LIMORE?

Liver cancer models would be available in the Center of Cell Resources, Shanghai Institute of Biochemistry and Cell Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences with MTA agreement. Please refer to the publication for further information.

How to get sequencing data of liver cancer models in LIMORE?

The LIMORE website provides final results of driver alterations, HBV integrations and RNA-Seq profiles in the page of each model. For the complete results of SNV, CNA, and RNA-Seq, please download the merged files in Batch download page or refer to the LIMORE publication. For the raw sequencing data, please download from EGA or GEO (Qiu et al., A Pharmacogenomic Landscape in Human Liver Cancers, Cancer Cell (2019), https://doi.org/10.1016/j.ccell.2019.07.001).

Details about the analysis procedure.
