Research
My thesis research mainly focuses on plant related, especially leaf related modeling and simulation, hoping to include light, CO2 and H2O diffusion, and metabolism.Finally aiming to answer what is a better anatomy structure for leaf photosynthesis and want to figure out the effect of those heterogeneous environments to photosynthesis. I am also interested in simulation algorithm and bio-image processing.
